All custom pet portraits are carefully hand-drawn with time, skill, and attention to detail.
Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artwork, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
Before placing an order, please ensure you are happy with your chosen reference photo, as the portrait will be created based on that image. Please provide any important instructions before work begins.
One round of minor revisions is included before the artwork is finalised. Major changes are not included and may require a new commission.
Completed artworks will be delivered as agreed, and I strive to ensure you are satisfied with the final piece.
